Just outside Lalla Takerkoust, in the heart of the El Haouz province, a unique transformation is underway in Douar Ouaouizelte: a rural house reinvented into a second-category guest house, designed as a sanctuary of peace within a majestic natural setting.

On a vast plot of over one hectare, the site overlooks the Haouz plain and faces the peaks of the Atlas Mountains. This stunning panorama, combined with the calm of surrounding farmland, invites rest and contemplation.

Rooted in the spirit of Morocco’s traditional architecture, the design echoes the elegance of riads and kasbahs while embracing the quiet beauty of its environment. It promises an immersive and refined guest experience.

The main building includes:

Basement: lounge, changing rooms, cafeteria, reception, offices, two suites with bathrooms and dressing rooms (697 m²), hammam and service rooms, three massage areas, technical and support spaces.

Ground floor: games room, traditional bhou, third suite with bathroom, 230 m² terrace, changing rooms, refreshment bar.

The annex buildings feature:

Entrance towers: guardian’s lodge, men’s dining and rest areas (133 m²), service rooms for female staff.

Upper floor: male changing rooms, women’s rest room (46 m²), terrace.

Additional rooms (ground floor): two guest suites with private bathrooms (127 m²).
