Joel, having settled in Morocco in 2004, I began my real estate career by selling riads in the Medina and long-term rentals. Over time, I established collaborations with several prestigious hotels to accommodate expatriates, including partnerships with Four Seasons, Royal Mansour, and La Mamounia. As the years passed, my growing experience allowed me to build a network of trusted property owners and partners, granting me access to an exclusive portfolio of exceptional properties.

Christophe has been a privileged witness to the evolution of the real estate market in Morocco, particularly in Marrakech, over the past 22 years.
