Meriem EL FAROUKI
Meriem El Farouki, and I hold a degree in tourism management. I have spent over 10 years in luxury hospitality with prestigious international chains, both in Morocco and abroad. Building on this experience, I joined the Maison Christian Dior in the retail sector. Today, I am embarking on a new challenge in the luxury real estate industry, a field I am passionate about for its relational aspect and high standards. My expertise in high-end customer service and my knowledge of the luxury market are my strengths in guiding clients through their projects.
Sara EL KHATTABI
Sara El Khattabi, a graduate in hospitality, is an experienced real estate professional with over 17 years of experience. Having worked with major real estate groups such as Alliances, Bouygues Immobilier, and TGCC, she has developed solid expertise in the sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as in managing complex real estate projects. Her in-depth knowledge of the Casablanca market, combined with her strong interpersonal skills, allows her to successfully guide her clients through their real estate ventures.
Yasmine EL KHATTABI
Yasmine El Khattabi, a graduate with a master's degree in finance from France, began her career in consulting at PwC in Paris before shifting to market finance in Casablanca. With her experience in launching the first OPCIs (Real Estate Investment Vehicles) in Morocco, she naturally transitioned to real estate. Her background in investment banking has given her a strong sense of relationship management and expertise in negotiation.
