Annoujoum Palace was inaugurated on October 22, 2010, under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, following five years of painstaking restoration. Since then, it has become a place of wonder, welcoming countless visitors daily, all struck by the architectural richness and splendor it unveils.

Its princely entrance and balanced façade set the tone for the elegance that lies within. The upper levels house four generous bedrooms, two luminous suites, a grand gallery, two kitchenettes, an impressive salon, and expansive terraces offering panoramic views over the Medina and the Merinid ruins.

This 850 sq.m residence is offered with a neighboring 650 sq.m property of the same era, in need of complete restoration.
